The twist-lock cap is easy to remove and lock back into place. For refilling, simply twist the cap and insert your 1 in. Tablets or sticks. The poly-foam inner core keeps the dispenser upright and buoyant at all times. The non-corrosive outer shell withstands harsh UV light and chemicals.
